Biography
Born in the snow-muffled iron town of Kolbäck on 11 January 1886, O.A.C. Lund grew up where the rails ended and the forests began. By 1918 he had traded the provincial hush for the flicker of silver nitrate, unleashing a triple burst of silent energy—Together, The Nature Girl, and Peg of the Pirates—all within the same breathless year. Stockholm finally folded him back into its winter light on 2 May 1963, closing the book on a man who once made the whole world speak without a single word.
