Fabian (Santiago Arrieta) is the son of a very rich cattle farmer and land owner who abandon his inheritance and family wishes about him, to dedicate his life to the music, writting the lyrics of tango songs. His girlfriend Elda (Libertad Lamarque) supports him and his dreams and also sings many of his tangos.
