Biography
Rome’s cobblestones first felt the weight of Albert Roccardi on 9 May 1864, while the city still answered to the Papal flag. From those alleyways he journeyed onto flickering screens, lending his presence to the treasure-hunt storms of *Sunken Silver* (1925), the shady alliances of *Partners in Crime* (1928), and the glittering romance of *The Love Parade* (1929). Paris finally drew the curtain on his story on 14 May 1934.
