Drusilla with a Million

From the quiet, unassuming confines of a charitable institution, where the twilight years of the indigent were measured in meager comforts, emerges Drusilla Doane, a soul whose modest existence is abruptly upended by a testamentary miracle: the inheritance of a cool million dollars. This sudden deluge of wealth, however, does not usher in a life of solitary opulence.
