Ted Healy is the inept President and Author of the Big Idea Scenario Company, whose motto is, "Ideas While You Wait." His office is used more as a throughfare for others, including three stooges providing musical interludes and a few fountains, than it is as an office where he is working on his own Big Idea before going to meet his girlfriend Honey for a date.
