Summary
Three weary gentlemen, each scarred by the betrayals of love, retreat to a remote cabin with the intention of exiling all feminine influence from their lives. Unbeknownst to them, the cabin's rightful owner—a young woman fleeing an oppressive engagement—arrives simultaneously, oblivious to the lease. The ensuing collision of intentions forces the men to confront the very emotions they sought to suppress, while the woman must reassess her flight from commitment. Set against a stark, sylvan backdrop, the narrative unfurls as a delicate study of disillusionment, yearning, and the paradoxical intimacy that arises when isolation is interrupted.
