Biography
Harry T. Morey first drew breath on 21 August 1873 amid the maple-lined streets of Charlotte, Michigan. Before cameras rolled, he trained his eye on light and shadow as both actor and cinematographer, lending his presence to In Honor’s Web (1919), matching wits with fate in Beating the Odds (1919), and defending hearth and conscience in A Man’s Home (1921). His final curtain fell quietly on 24 January 1936 across the river in Brooklyn, New York, where the city lights he once captured kept glowing without him.
