The life line holds; so does the kid's mistaken sense of humor, for he does not unfasten the tow line, but hauls his sister and her beau through the streets of Hollywood until they alight at the church and are married. Their wedding journey consists of a ride in the same boat which is opportunely brought down the street by the prankish youngster on his return trip.
