Karl, an alien, avows that Olga is his beloved "Queen" and begs her to return with him to Sylvania; at the hotel, Count Mirko and his ministers greet her. Count Mirko perceives the resemblance and quickly formulates a scheme to gain wealth and power in the country with Olga posing as the lost queen returning to free the people from tyranny. Accompanied by John, Olga arrives in Sylvania, where the uneasy tyrant, Vorski, agrees to pay for her removal; but after revolt she ascends the throne. Happiness restored, Olga returns to New York with John.
