A Midsummer Night's Steam

At the opulent 'Elysian Springs' health resort, chaos brews under the meticulous but easily flustered management of Mr. Bumble (Henry Armetta) and his staunchly proper wife, Mrs. Bumble (Lucille Miller). Their rigid adherence to decorum constantly clashes with the resort's more free-spirited staff, notably the mischievous bellhop, Eddie (Eddie Clayton), and the spirited bath attendant, Sally (Sally Phipps). The arrival of Professor Phineas Fogg (W.T. McCulley), a reclusive inventor seeking solace from his 'nervous condition' and accompanied by his peculiar, steam-powered therapeutic contraption, ignites a series of farcical misadventures. What begins as a quest for tranquility rapidly devolves into a riotous spectacle of misplaced attire, mistaken identities, and the inevitable breakdown of the resort’s strict ‘no mixed bathing’ policy, all propelled by the erratic behavior of the Professor's invention.
