Summary
A giddy flâneur in a boater the color of buttercups, Snub pirouettes through manicured hedges, net in hand, chasing not merely Lepidoptera but the shimmer of an impossible Eden. His coat tails flick like semaphore flags at every skirt that swishes past; laughter ricochets off statues, perfuming the air with anarchy. From this sun-drenched panopticon he drifts, moth-like, into a tiled bistro where cutlery becomes weaponry, soufflés collapse like empires, and a single mis-fired olive catapults him through a saloon door of escalating catastrophes—culminating in striped pyjamas and iron bars that clang the curtain down on his kaleidoscopic spree.
Synopsis
Snub is a park dandy, chasing butterflies and flirting with the girls. His adventures take him to a restaurant, where he gets into numerous difficulties and he finally winds up in jail.
