Summary
A graphite-black cat pricks a wooden trap, lofts a trembling rodent into freedom, and triggers a chain of reciprocal mercy: the rescued mouse, now dapperly upright, proposes a pact of liquid mischief—spiriting Felix’s portly owner away so that cat and comrade may plunge into moonlit ripples. Otto Messmer’s ink-line choreography turns an act of kindness into a lilliputian heist, every whisker twitch a plot twist, every watery reflection a silent promise that benevolence, once uncorked, flows like a stolen river.
Synopsis
