
Summary
In the midst of a second-rate stage show, a Civil War melodrama, the lines between reality and theatre blur as Stage-door-Johnnie Snub, an ardent admirer of the show's star Marie, finds himself thrust into the spotlight, playing the role of a Confederate General. As Snub navigates this newfound responsibility, the boundaries between his own identity and that of the character he portrays begin to dissolve, leading to a series of comedic misunderstandings and unexpected revelations.
Synopsis
