Summary
A charcoal imp, bulbous-nosed and ink-black, detonates from the paper cosmos when a guttural snore ricochets through the drafting table; the sleeper, Max Fleischer, becomes both demiurge and punching bag as his own doodled alter-ego—gloves laced with mischief—pummels the fourth wall into confetti. What begins as a gentle prod to a dozing animator mutates into a surreal prizefight where graphite fists smear existential rules, perspective somersaults, and every uppercut redraws the horizon until the celluloid itself gasps for mercy.
