"Dojeognom" is one of those flicks that, honestly, you probably stumble upon late at night. Is it worth tracking down today? Well, if you're into something a little rough around the edges, maybe even a bit perplexing, then yeah, maybe. Folks who want a neat, tidy narrative with big explosions will probably find themselves scratching their heads and reaching for the remote. 🤷♀️
It doesn’t try to impress you right away. The opening scene, it just sort of… happens. A guy, I think it’s Bong-chun Yun, is just walking down a street, and the camera just follows him for a bit too long. It feels like you’re waiting for something to *start* but it’s already started, you know?
