Biography
Colorado Springs greeted Patricia Palmer first on 14 September 1894, and by her early twenties she had traded mountain vistas for the flicker of silent-film arc lights. Between 1916 and 1922 she slipped into other lives on-screen: a wronged woman in The Hidden Law, a kidnap victim fighting back in The Woman in the Web, and a smuggler’s ally Across the Border. When the cameras stopped, she stayed in Hollywood, living quietly until her final curtain call on 21 October 1964.
