Biography
A crisp September morning in 1866 delivered Rosa Gore to the clamor of Manhattan; by the time the 20th century roared in, she had traded the city’s horse-drawn chaos for the flicker of silver screens. Audiences first noticed her sharp wit in 1920’s *Pink Tights*, then watched her navigate society’s gilded traps in 1923’s *Vanity Fair* and outwit desert renegades in 1925’s *The Bandit Tamer*. Off-camera, she shared life’s spotlight with husband Dan Crimmins. On 4 February 1941, the Los Angeles sun set for the last time on her 74-year journey.
