A Daughter of Destiny

"A Daughter of Destiny," an adaptation of Hanns Heinz Ewers' provocative novel "Alraune," plunges into the dark heart of a scientific obsession. The narrative centers on Professor Brinken, a geneticist who, in a radical and ethically dubious experiment, impregnates a sex worker with the seed of a recently executed murderer.
