The strategy involves substituting Mary for Margaret, allowing the duo to execute their burglary with greater ease. However, their scheme takes a deadly turn when Margaret unexpectedly returns, resulting in her being shot. Upon the police's arrival, both women assert their identities as Margaret Waring, with each accusing the other of being the thief.
