Summary
A ballet of yearning and societal transgression unfolds as a gifted Russian dancer, having found a fleeting reprieve in Geneva's refined embrace, is inexplicably drawn back to the autocratic heartland of his origins. Synopsis
A young Russian dancer in Geneva returns to Russia, where he falls in love with a grand duchess. He is arrested but manages to escape.
