Set within the sprawling, ivy-covered confines of the Cronoholm manor in the heart of Skåne, Flickorna på Solvik follows the domestic life of the aristocratic Baron Rutger Cronsköld. While the Baron attempts to maintain a veneer of traditional nobility, the shifting tides of the 1920s begin to seep through the manor's heavy oak doors. His two children, Börje and Martha, find themselves caught between the rigid expectations of their father’s lineage and their own burgeoning desires for autonomy.
