Pedigreedy

In 'Pedigreedy,' Felix the Cat embarks on a comical quest for entry into an exclusive social club, only to be met by a bouncer demanding proof of "unquestioned lineage." Undeterred, Felix masterfully fabricates a grand, if utterly absurd, family history, replete with ancestors who supposedly introduced the Charleston to Egyptian pharaohs and convinced Christopher Columbus of the Earth's spherical nature. His increasingly outlandish tales serve as a satirical commentary on inherited status, culminating in Felix quite literally presenting his family tree as a physical, arboreal testament to his illustrious, if entirely invented, past.
