Say It Again

The curtain rises on the twilight of World War I, where the scarred landscape of a military hospital becomes the unlikely cradle for an incandescent romance. Bob Howard, a common soldier bearing the physical and emotional wounds of conflict, encounters Princess Elena, a figure of regal grace, and an undeniable spark ignites between them. Their burgeoning affection, however, is cruelly truncated by the Armistice, which swiftly dispatches Howard back to the distant shores of America, leaving their connection suspended in memory. Fate, with a penchant for the theatrical, intervenes when Howard, returning to Europe, finds himself entangled in a grand comedic deception. Through a convoluted series of events, he is erroneously identified as a Crown Prince, en route to a pre-arranged royal marriage. The delicious irony, the very heart of the film’s charm, unfolds as his unwitting royal fiancée is none other than his lost love, Elena, herself destined for a different, unknown suitor.
