The Road to Mandalay

In the sweltering, sin-drenched ports of Singapore, a man known only as 'The Admiral' rules the criminal underworld with a literal dead eye and a figurative iron fist. Beneath his scarred, grotesque exterior lies a secret: he was once a respected captain who abandoned his infant daughter, Rosemary, two decades ago. Now, consumed by a toxic mix of guilt and possessive love, he watches her from the shadows of a local brothel where she works as a shopkeeper, unaware of her father's identity. When his own criminal associate, a charismatic but untrustworthy drifter named Joe, falls in love with Rosemary, the Admiral is forced into a desperate conflict.
