Paul Morgan was born on 1 October 1886 in Vienna, Austria-Hungary [now Austria]. He was an actor and writer, known for Wir schalten um auf Hollywood (1931), Funkzauber (1927) and Der Herr vom Finanzamt (1929). He was married to Josephine Ruffner. He died on 10 December 1938 in Buchenwald concentration camp, Thuringia, Germany.
