Summary
A culinary projectile, an unforgiving biscuit of domestic genesis, shatters the mundane existence of a man known only as Snub, catapulting him into an abyss of amnesia. This mundane projectile, a symbol of quotidian marital strife, paradoxically liberates him from his present identity. Disoriented, his past a tabula rasa, Snub embarks on an unwitting odyssey of self-reinvention. He impulsively appropriates an automobile, a vehicle not just of transport but of his nascent, unburdened freedom, and subsequently secures employment within the transient anonymity of a hotel. Here, amidst the ebb and flow of strangers, he constructs a new persona, a man untethered by prior commitments. The tragicomic irony deepens as, still blissfully unaware of his prior matrimonial vows, he finds himself ensnared by the allure of a new romance, culminating in an impending second marriage – a testament to the capricious cruelty of fate and the profound, bewildering vacuum left by his memory's sudden erasure.
Synopsis
