Enamored, Sullivan ferries Millicto to the bustling stages of New York, where her star ignites. Meanwhile, Brian, clutching an ambitious opera, infiltrates the metropolis incognito, biding his time until his work garners acclaim. Desperate to secure a masterpiece, Harris pilfers Brian's opera, presenting it as his own to Sullivan, who promptly casts Millicent in the leading role. The deception unravels when music publisher Gus Hertz allies with Brian, exposing Harris's theft. Reunited, Millicent and Brian reclaim the opera, which ascends to triumphant fame.
