In the sun-drenched expanse of ancient Egypt, a famed explorer embarks on a quest for a fabled mummy cave, accompanied by his spirited daughter, Alice, and his resourceful secretary, Neely. Unbeknownst to them, their arrival is meticulously observed through the lens of a powerful telescope, wielded by a local Sheikh from the opulent confines of his palace. Captivated by Alice's beauty, the potentate issues an invitation to the exploring party, a thinly veiled ruse designed to facilitate his ultimate goal: to forcibly induct the young woman into his harem. Neely portrays the role of the secretary to a famous explorer who is in Egypt to find the famous mummy cave. Alice is the explorer's daughter. We are introduced to the exploring party through the eyes of a telescope held by one of the Sheiks. who observes them from the window of his palace. The beauty of the girl entrances the potentate and he sends for the party. Determined to add the girl to his harem, he used every effort, but the secretary frustrates his attempts and rescues the girl.
