
Summary
In a remote lumber camp, Jim Blazes, a rugged and affluent logging tycoon, encounters Amy Van Clayton, the captivating sibling of one of his employees. Their chance meeting blossoms into a romance, but their budding relationship is soon complicated by familial ties. Amy's brother is accused of embezzlement from Jim's company, prompting Amy to take drastic measures by marrying Jim to safeguard her sibling's freedom. However, their union is short-lived as Jim, feeling unreciprocated and disillusioned, returns to the lumber camp alone. Synopsis
Jim Blazes falls in love with Amy Van Clayton when he meets her in a lumber camp. In New York, Amy discovers that her brother is in danger of being jailed for stealing from Jim, who is his boss. To protect her brother, Amy marries Jim, but he returns to the lumber camp alone because he feels that Amy does not love him. Amy follows; later, when Jim's life is in danger, she finds that she really does love him.
