Manning, an agent for the secret police, is thrust into a high-stakes investigation targeting a daring syndicate of aeroplane thieves. His mission takes a personal turn when the criminals, aware of his pursuit, retaliate by abducting his former fiancée, Doris. The narrative escalates with a breathtaking escape from a burning, cliff-edge building, a sequence that sets the tone for the film's relentless action.
