In the silent era's intricate dance of deception, "Cheating Cheaters" introduces us to the Palmers, a family who, beneath their veneer of new-money opulence, are a meticulously organized gang of professional thieves. They strategically relocate next door to the seemingly affluent Lazarres, their grand scheme being to relieve their unsuspecting neighbors of their supposed riches. The exquisite irony, however, is that the Lazarres are not the innocent targets they appear to be; they, too, are a cunning criminal outfit, meticulously plotting to infiltrate and pilfer from their freshly arrived, 'wealthy' neighbors, the Palmers.
